Happy October!

Happy first day of October! I love Halloween so decided to cross stitch this wonderful "Boo Jack" pattern by primitivebettys and make it into a cupboard hanger. Betty is one of my favorite designers and I especially love her pumpkins so just couldn't resist stitching up this spooky guy.

Don't you just love that face???

Thanks, Lisa! If you haven't stitched this design before, you really should give it a try. It is so much fun, especially if you love orange! I'm glad you found my blog too. It's always wonderful to meet new friends who understand and share a passion for needlework.

Thank you , Julie. I really love that header, too. Can you imagine making so many wonderful dolls??? I'm glad you like all of the old photos. I find the ones of the children just so endearing that I tend to collect those the most.
I'm glad you stopped by my blog!

Congratulations Sandy! You won the hangman game over at Poppets, Portraits, and Playthings of the Past! Suzanne will be getting in touch with you since she was the one heading up the game. Since I am much farther east, I just happened to be up a few hours earlier to see your guess. :)

That's an adorable design! Betty is a sweetheart and is a wonderful folk artist.

Have a lovely day!
